Hey there, I'm Michael R. Yearby, a motivational speaker and a dedicated military professional with over two decades of service, deeply influenced by the events of 9/11 and committed to serving my country and community. My journey in the military has taken me around the globe, living in more than ten countries while specializing in Aerospace Propulsion. Alongside my practical experience, I've pursued academic excellence, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Leadership with Summa cum Laude honors from The University of Arizona Global Campus. 

 

My passion for learning and self-improvement is matched by my varied interests, from physical fitness and web development to AI/Machine Learning. I'm also an emerging author and a fervent public speaker, dedicated to sharing insights on a wide range of topics through podcasting and free courses.

With certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and more, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my endeavors.
