Services: For services, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been fully rendered or if the initial service offering has not met the agreed-upon standards or objectives.


Non-refundable Items
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Digital products, once accessed or downloaded, are generally not eligible for refunds. However, exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues that prevent access or use.

Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact LifexTalks LLC customer service within the eligible refund period, providing the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days (e.g., 14-30 days), depending on the payment provider's policies.

Legal Compliance
This policy is in compliance with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), ensuring fair trade practices and consumer protection.

For transactions conducted online or across state lines, our policy adheres to the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Cooling-Off Rule, providing consumers with a 3-day cooling-off period for sales made at locations other than the seller's place of business.
